Hello all,
I am in desperate need here. Please help.
I am trying to bring my mother via Super Visa program.
She has Epilepsy and she has been on medication for last 20 some years years.
When the medication taken daily and on time, she doesn't get any seizure, but when missed daily medication she gets a seizure; I would say about once a month.
So, the questions are:
- Will her Epileptic condition disqualify her for Super Visa program?
- Is Epilepsy considered as an Excessive Demand Exempt (EDE) condition or a Non-EDE?
- If she discloses it now, in the future, will it disqualify her for permanent residency through parents sponsorship program (I am planning to sponsor her for permanent residency in the future)?
- Should we just not disclose it anyway?
Any help will be greatly appreciated by me and my family. Thank you all!
