urgent !!! does anybody know that for a person in Hungary (non EU citizen) , is it possible to apply in Warsaw instead of vienna for a visitor visa?

No - Since Vienna is the designated Visa Office for Hungarian, you must apply there.

Well, what's your reason of wanting to go to Canada? If you want to go to Canada to visit your sister, you can put that down.
