Urgent - Do we require ETA for parents if they have Visitor visa?

Hi,

My parents would be travelling next week from India to Toronto first time.
They have Canada visitor visa but I am not sure if I need to apply for an ETA for them?

Please help on this query. Thanks in advance.

eTA is only for visa-exempt foreign visitors except US passport holders.

can you please guide me what did you do in terms of finance, documents and anything else for your parents TRV, i am going to apply in Aug for my parents.
