Urgent!!! Do I need a new Canada visa?

Hi,

I recently got my name changed on my Indian passport, and got a passport reissued by the Indian Consulate in the US. Have a few urgent questions.
Questions for the Canada visa
1. I have a Canadian multiple entry visa, valid till 2016, do I need to reapply for the visa since the name on my passport has changed?
2. What is the process I need to follow?
3. How can I reapply for the visa being here in the United states?

Why did you got your name changed? Married?

No. Got a last name added on my passport. It didnt have it earlier.
But you still didnt answer my question!

Where is your canadian visa? and your old passport? What was the name change?

Please provide all other information you think can help us help you.

The canadian visa is on the old passport which is with me here in the states.
The visa is given to me as Khushboo "". Hence a blank for the last name in the visa.
Now since my new passport has a last name now, I am not sure if I need to reapply for the visa to have my last name included.

unlike USA visa, if passport changes visa expires..

re-apply for one / ask to be transferred over to new passport
