URGENT: Difficulty in uploading IMM1294 study permit

Hi guys,
It's been 2 days that I'm trying to upload IMM1294 but there's no luck. I've downloaded the Feb 2019 version, using the latest Adobe Reader and Internet Explorer. I also tried with Chrome but I get an error saying that I'm uploading invalid form (i validated it).
This is driving me crazy and I'm losing time
really appreciate if you can help me.

Yes I did.
Make sure Adobe Reader is updated and always use Internet Explorer. Make sure that cache data is cleared everytime you close Internet Explorer(gotta change the setting in IE). These were ok in my case!

But I noticed that whenever I open the form, on top of the form it says that the author is UNKNOWN. It means that Adobe Reader doesn't verify Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada as the author! You have to go to the setting in Adobe Reader, signature, summary tab, and add it to verified certificates(can't remember the exact steps but you can find it online).

The second thing in my case was that, there's a section in the form that asks about "national identity document". Mine was expired and I wrote down the expired date. Once I had it renewed and the expiry date got updated, I was able to upload the form.
