Hi friends,
I am in a big dilemma.
I got my SINP nomination July 30th and got 600 points added to my EE profile. My profile reflects the PNP and its 600 points and would probable get ITA in the immediate draw on the 7th of August.
If I submit my application for this ITA, The Visa I get expires from one year from the medicals. So I need to land in Canada before August 2020.
But I can't do that until my son has to finish his grade 10 exams in December 2020.
So Is there a way to inform CIC not to include my profile in the next draw. I can't withdraw the profile as my PNP nomination is on this profile.
SO the only option I can think of , is to decline the next ITA after about 60 days. And do the same for the following ITA as well ( declining two consecutive ITAs each after sixty days from invitation)
And submit docs for the ITA received in december at the last moment in Jan 2020. so the medicals in Jan 2020 and the visa expires in jan 2021.
is there any other option ?
would this declining ITA twice affect my application adversely.
when we decline the ITA does it provide us with an option to explain them of my genuine reason for declining.
I am in a big dilemma. kindly help and advise me
Thanks
