Hello everyone,

Please urgent request.

I received a letter to complete a form with witnessed by a notary public.

I don't understand why they request the letter knowing that I'm the Guardian parent and in my divorce letter its obvious that I'm free to travel with my child anytime anywhere without asking the other parent.

Also, no idea what notary public means ??!!!!

Please share any information or guidance you may have.
