Urgent!! Credit Card issues after submitting PR application

So I am in a real confused situation right now and would really appreciate if anybody could help/suggest something.
I paid my PR application fee on 23 Sept and sent in my application to CIO- Sydney on the 24th. My credit card was charged on the same day i.e. 23rd to CIC-Ottawa.

However, today the bank said that they would issue me a new credit card with a new card number because of some suspected fraud activities.

I haven't heard from CIC and don't know what to do, whether they have already withdrawn the money or not. Bank says the money was taken out on 23rd as it shows on the credit card statement and thus it should not be a problem if they issue a new card now.
What should I do?? :'(

I think you chose to pay your fees in advance and sent CIC a copy of the receipt. Basically, what this means is that CIC has already been paid the fees and doesn't matter what you do with your credit card now. So, you don't need to worry at all.

But I did not select/see any such option. Just followed the standard fee payment procedure
