Need clarification on this

My mother entered Canada at the end of July on a Super Visa, which is set to expire in October 2024. The immigration officer did not specify a return date on her entry stamp. Given that she has a new passport that has been valid for 10 years, I'm wondering how long she can stay in Canada. Can she remain for the full 5 years allowed under the Super Visa, or is she limited to staying only until the visa's expiration in October 2024?

5 year stay if she is able to secure and purchases supervisa insurance every year which are conditions of the visa.
