I'm in a difficult situation. I have been working as an assistant, NOC B. After working for 9 months, I am about to get a promotion, same responsibilities, more money but the title change. It is because the size of company is quiet small so I need to manage to do lots of work. However, I don't know what I should give in reference letter to CIC, will they think that i don't have enough 1 year exp, maybe because 2 positions could not have the same responsibilities?. I really need advise from you all, experts and people who are in the same position.
