Hi All,

I have filed my EOI application from India and waiting for ITA. Recently, I have received a job opportunity from UAE and wanted to accept their offer and if i would accept then shall be moving there by Nov'19.

Will this have any impact / effect on my EOI application in following cases :

- If i get the ITA before leaving for UAE, I can submit the documents before leaving and filing the e-APR. Will it have any effect on my application for PR if I move to UAE after filing for filing e-APR?

- If i get ITA after shifting to UAE, can i get the e-APR filed from UAE and would i be requiring the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from UAE police as well?

Please help me with the same as it would help me in accepting / rejecting the offer

AOR Received.

Doesn't really matter. You can submit the documents from anywhere in the world. If this move happens before ITA and final AoR, simply add the job details and travel/address history to your personal history section. If it happens post AOR, you can tell them your new address via the webform. It won't affect your application except to make it easier - the passport request will come from the office closer to you, for example.

You'll only need a PCC if you stay there for six months in a row. IRCC can always ask you to submit a PCC if your application takes a long time to process, but you won't need to submit a PCC right after you move.
