URGENT CEC spouse minimum language

Hi,

Is there any minimum language requirement for dependent spouse for express entry?

The problem is my wife, as a secondary applicant, does not have a CLB7 language test, while her Canadian work experience is under NOC TEER 1. Is that Ok?

Secondary applicant is not required to have any CLB, only if you want to get additional points.
