URGENT: Can travel on valid study visa after study to other country

I want to know that if my program of study done and still i have valid study visa on my passport so can i travel to other country i.e USA?

U must have VISA to the country u going (unless ur country is visa exempt ) also you must have valid multiple entry visa back to canada

I have multiple Study visa and Other country visa too on passport just wondering to know on the basis on study visa can i travel although study has been done just waiting for PGWP.
