I graduated from Seneca College this April and I have applied for graduation work permit. My visa is valid until 30 Nov 2013. I applied it by mailing to Vegreville ,AB and I know the processing time is about 3 months. The processing time is too long and I really miss my parents very much, so I want to back to China during waiting for graduation work permit. May I back to hometown during waiting for graduation work permit? Can In re-entry Canada and get my graduation work permit? Will it influence the processing time of applying for graduation work permit? Or can I ask friend to send my PGWP to me and re-entry Canada?
