Urgent: can i get marry in canada if i am on F-1 VISA in USA

I am on F-1 VISA in USA and my girlfriend is in Canada on visitors VISA.

Can we get marry in Canada?
Can she come with me on dependent F-1 VISA in USA with me?

Please let me know as its very important. Please PM me if anyone does similar before.

Yes - you can get married in Canada (if you can enter Canada).

You should post your F1 question on a US immigration message board.

It depends somewhat on the province you're in. Google "getting married in" + the province name.
