I recently submitted my eAPR and was asked later to submit the IMM5475 form because I had mentioned my wife as a designated individual. My question is whether, essentially, it is necessary and correct to have my wife--who is coming with me to Canada--as a designated individual. I wonder if I have done the right thing. Could you please illuminate me?
As I will have to submit the form by January 10, that is less than 4 days, I'd appreciate it if anyone could get back to me as soon as possible.
