URGENT: Bridging open work permit eligibilty

In the application form for BOWP on IRCC website, I am asked the following question: "Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada?"
I applied for PR through EE CEC a few weeks ago and I have not yet gotten any updates. My documents are complete though.
Do I have to wait to get an update and then select "Yes" as the answer to the above question? What kind of update do I need to get to satisfy the question above?
