Urgent assistance required!!!! Please help

Dear mates,


Has anyone got eca done for their masters alone from IQAS without sending them Btech transcripts from India? We cannot get our Btech transcripts done, so we just need our masters to get evaluated. Is it possible??
Anyone who has done this way please helpp!!
