Urgent Assistance Please

Hi,

I recently logged into my My CIC account for Common Law Sponsorship Inside Canada and the status stated that my action is required and that they require additional documents from me and for me to check my messages.

I went to check my messages and there were no messages in my account for me so I reported it as a technical issue with a screenshot and a summary but I'm not sure what to do now? Like do I wait? It's worrying.

Any advice would be appreciated!!

Thats good that you reported & also give CIC a call so they can check if you have any updates or not, call them early morning, after 10am they still pick up but its hard to get them

Yeah at least then they have it on file that I submitted a technical report for it. I'll call today when they open although the lines are probably busy at first, I'll keep calling until I get through anyway! I'm thinking it's my schedule a and police certificate they require! Thanks
