Urgent: Appropriate NOC for position with data analytics responsibility

I have a quick question regarding the appropriate NOC code for my occupation. I am based in US and worked in a consulting firm as a senior data analyst for 2 years right out of graduate school. My primary responsibility was developing predictive models to analyze data, as well as data reporting using Tableau for senior management. But when I got my employment verification from my employer, it stated that my official title is “Senior Sales Reporting Communication Analyst”. And I double checked with them and they said this is what they have in their system

The list of titles in NOC does not have a ‘data analyst’ as far as I can tell. The closest one I could find is ‘Mathematicians, Statisticians and Actuaries’ (2161). Should I report this as my primary occupation? Or I am wondering how much weight is the selection of NOC based on job title as opposed to job responsibility?

Focus on the job description (in the reference letter), instead of the title.
