Urgent! Apply for 2 Streams in OINP

Hi, I had applied for 2 streams in OINP, Foreign Workers and International Student. I received an invitation for the Foreign Worker stream and submitted my application. Should I withdraw from the International Student while it is just an EOI or wait for the decision on my application in Foreign Worker?

Good question. What did you do? Did you discover if you can keep EOI open while you have a submitted application?
