in case we have got the aor,and are going to send documents to our visa office(ND) but the rules change or noc list changes,then where do we peole stand,since we have already got AOR???
Hope the rules will not change all of a sudden!!!.

Even if the rule or NOC is changed the application will be processed according to the same law becauese of the date of the application so dont worry about that.
I am also thinking this ever since I sent my app to CIO.
CIC has the character of announcing something that would act as retroactive, It means the effectivity of the new announcement would be applicable from the date that is previous from the announced date. this is how NOC 38 FSW came into effect. Many applications sent 6-8 months before the NOC 38 FSW was announced were returned back !!!
Canada's economy is still healing, jobless rate is now around 8.4%. if the economy gets better in the middle of 2010, then they will start accepting more applicants. We should be safe then. Dont worry. I dont see anything imminent now.
