hi guys so basically my last studying visa expired on 30th, nov, 2016 , so i extended my visa in order to attend college and i recieved the new visa on 20th, january, 2017 which was too late for my college registration date so now i have to wait and attend for fall semester. The thing is i didn't expect my visa to be approved that late and i already was on lease with my apartment, also have a pet. I know that i cant stay in canada longer than 3 month if i am not studying so i found someone to give sublet to for one month, and came back to my home country early and i was planning to go back to canada end of this month. Can i still go back and stay for 2 month (until my lease ends), i already planned to go to my home country for the summer time and bought the ticket. will it be ok to go back and stay for that amount of time even if im not studying?
