Urgent Aip program help needed (work permit extension)

I went to canada as a student got my pgwp for 3 years then moved to nova scotia

I am working in nova scotia for a employer for 2 years and I am eligible for PR under AIP pilot scheme but due to some urgent family issues I came to India and my work permit expires on 10 September 2022, my employer is filing for nova scotia endorsement certificate so after I get it I can apply for work permit extension (Closed work permit with LMIA exemption)

Questions - (I am currently temporarily working form home in india)



Question 1- If i get my endorsement certificate and I apply from india before sept 10th for work permit extension( LMIA exempt)will I be on implied status and continue working form india from home and land in october in canada after my family issue is resolved.


Question 2- But now suppose I go to canada and if my endorsement certificate is delayed after September 10th and I have to leave canada apply for work permit outside canada from india will I be on implied status and be able to resume work from india and come back to canada ?

So I just want to ask If i apply for work permit ext from outside or inside will there be any difference?

You have to be in Canada to apply to extend your work permit. You can't extend your work permit from outside of Canada.
