Im about to submit my FSW application however I have a little problem with my partner. He is already an immigrant visa holder waiting his PR card in Vancouver Canada. Question is do I get additional points if I disclose him on my application? Because its says on the guideline proofs of relatives in Canada. And he is the father of my child, we have a 3 year old daughter and still in constant communication although living apart.

Its kinda complicated love story but the point is we can not marry each other but still keeping the relationship. Although he is not considered a spouse nor a common law partner but kinda conjugal partner I can say.

By disclosing him on the application will help my application? any advise? thank you so much

This is just an opinion, but still it is better to consult the seniors here, they are very helpfull. I think it will not be good to disclose your partner even if he is the father of your daughter. Canada is comitted to strong family relationship but for you I meant no harm feeling is can not be consider as a family because of no legal binding. The process is all have to do with legal docs and one thing more if your conjugal partner is migrating there with somebody it is complicated once again. I am sure you will go to process of interview with this situation also. Just my opinion. good luck on your application...

I agree with elmo. Moreover your conjugal partner cannot be your relative I guess. How will you prove? Which relationship will you show?

Thank you all for your comments. I thought no one will pay attention. Initially it was not my plan to indicate him on the application. However there is a portion there where an non accompanying parent should sign once I decided to bring our daughter to Canada.
So I think whether I like it or not I have to mention him on the application that he is already a Permanent resident in Canada.

Question if it will help my application is still undetermined.
