AS ONLY 4 DAYS ARE LEFT IN FINISHING THE LIMIT OF 120 DAYS OF SUBMITTING FULL APPLICATION.MY WRITTEN LETTER ,E-MAIL OR FAX OF WITHDRAWAL WITH EMAIL OF AOR SHOULD BE SEND TO NOVA SCOTIA ,SYDNEY,CANADA OR CHC LONDON VISA OFFICE.HAVE YOU GOT YOUR REFUND?AND IN HOW MANY DAYS YOU GOT REPLY FROM OFFICE FOR WITHDRAWAL?ACTUALLY, I HAVE FILED MY APPLICATION THROUGH A CONSULTANT SO WANT TO LEAVE HIM ALSO FROM NOW.CAN I SEND MY REQUEST TO LEAVE IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT AT THIS STAGE OF WITHDRAWAL TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS TO GET MY REFUND ON MY ADDRESS.
CAN YOU SEND ME A SAMPLE WITHDRAWAL LETTER TO GO AHEAD.IF I DON'T SEND MY WITHDRAWAL LETTER BEFORE 120 DAYS LIMIT ,WILL CIC CONTACT ME AND WILL I GET BACK MY PROCESSING FEES?EMAIL ADDRESS AND FAX NO. OF LONDON VISA OFFICE ALSO???

You have completely lost the time.

You must have taken decision earlier. You are really late.

If you are not able to send your full document or If you do not want to send your document for further processing, you can ask for refund your application fee back.

You must send a request letter to get refund of application fees immediately by E-Mail.

E Mail is the best option to inform visa office quickly.

I advice you to do formalities of address change on later stage. You should just request for refund only.

Process of refund takes more time, you can send request to change address in middle of the process.
