URGENT Advice - PR Renewal - Waiting for Oath

Dear Friends,

I had my Citizenship Test/Interview on 30th April... Waiting for OATH Invite...

Meanwhile, my PR Card is expiring 16-August-2015.

My mother is expected to be undergoing a major surgery next month and I want to be beside her... My PR Card will expire while I am attending my mother.

Should I apply for URGENT PR Card Renewal - min 3 weeks time required

Should I travel and return via Land Border via USA?

Should I travel and apply for single Travel Document in Canadian Embassy in home country?

Please advise...

Hi.. If you have to travel than make an effort to get PR renewal on urgent basis,
otherwise if you do not have to travel than wait am sure your oath will be
soon, as most of the April test application cases are finalizing soon. I suggest
that you can meet with your MP he may help you and contact CIC to arrange
urgent oath...
