Urgent advice please!!!

Please I need advice on what to do with my spouse application. We applied a while back for TRV while our PR application was in process.

we received an email from IRCC regarding the approval of the TRV we applied for, so my husband went ahead to drop off his passport. Just this morning we got an update concerning our PR application( passport request).

my husband renewed his passport because his old passport would expire in May. So the question is what do we do now that we submitted his renewed passport for TRV and we are yet to receive it back and IRCC sent us an email for him to send his passport for PR. Do you think we should send the old passport? Any suggestion or advice would help

Email IRCC (use webform) and explain the situation that you have submitted the passport for a TRV. Do NOT send a different (old) passport.

Agree. Might also try the VFS / VAC centre through which you submitted, and if you have any email for the visa office (in embassy) try that too.

I have sent webform but haven’t heard anything yet. Still waiting for my husband passport to be returned so we can resend it again for the COPR.

i was wondering if I can mail the documents requested from the Passport request letter (PR) since they have my husband passport with them at the visa office. OR I wait for it to be requested.
Any suggestions would help thanks

Doesn’t work the live chat. And number isn’t going through. I guess I have to just wait
