Dear Respected Members and Admin
I need suggestions from you guys regarding study permit
. My mother will financially Support me with her FDR (fixed deposits)account but she is not working and don't have any income tax papers . The amount she got into her account that more than enough for My Study program tuition fees and living cost .
In this case What documents should I provide to Visa office as a source of finds ?
Although the FDR bank statement can be provided with 6 months .
Please post your advice would be highly appreciated
Thanks

You should be fine to show her bank statements or the fdr and there is also a certain affidavit for that.
If you are applying from india then only you need to make a gic certificate.
cool

Currently I live in Uk with valid work visa and I want to apply for study permit Canada . but one of my friend last year was refused Canada study visa ,he applied from UK , he also had valid work visa and rejection cause was immigration status and purpose of visit.
Can anyone kindly explain why Canada visa office refused visa and give reason immigration status even though holding valid visa . My friend and me both are from India and living in Uk with work visa .
