Urgent advice for post graduation

Hi I want to take little advice from seniors,
My brother is in United Arab Emirates he is 34 aged, he has done ielts in 6 band each, can he apply for post graduation study program here and will he successfully get visa he has around 10 years gap but as he is working full time he can justify that gap

I don't think so bro...for pg course u need 6.5 band overall less than 6 in each band....u can apply for diploma course..with strong sop
