**URGENT **Additional Family Member Payment ??

Hello Seniors -
I have got a request for RCMP for spouse and Application and RPRF fee request. I have uploaded the RCMP document and did next next hoping it will ask me for payment but it did not. Now i am thinking how to make the payment ??
I have got one link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/inFORMation/fees/index.asp for payment. I tried here and selected both the fee for additional family member but it asked me to login, i used the same email address which is there in my EE profile but it did not recognize me.

So i registered on the same link and now it is giving me option to pay ...but my question is

1. How this will link to my EE profile as the registration which i just did it asked me only email id ??

2. if i pay here and get the receipt how should i attach in MYCIC as there is no slot open now ??

3. Is there any other way i can pay thru MYCIC ??

Please help me ...really confused/worried ...

Hi,

After paying the fee you will be mailed mailed receipt in PDF. That is the RPRF document that needs to b uploaded in the place holder which is present in you profile as RPRF(required) place.

Hi Canada_CEC thanks for replying, the problem is i do not have any place holder for any fee under my profile ... i had place holder for RCMP document and LOE which i uploaded and i thought it will ask for payment in last page but it did not ... so i do not have any place holder at the moment where i can upload the receipt of fee...

I think you have to create a new profile. You can click on "Register" and register your email ID.

Well, I have never come across a situation where a person was asked for RPRF and there is no placeholder to upload it. I'll try to find out what the issue is!

This look strange. For me when I get the RPRF request, there was a place holder under the upload document section. I am not sure why it is not displaying for you. Do one thing, merge RCMP and RPRF(at the last ) as one PDF document and upload in the section, if nothing is there other than that. But wait for any scenarios to reply for this
