URGENT!!! Abu Dhabi passport return time

Hi everyone! I am sitting at a stage where I'm ready to pull my hair out of my head. My husband is Pakistani and lives in Saudi Arab and abu Dhabi visa office received his passport on Nov 30 2014 and we have not heard anything from them till this date. It clearly says in the letter that the process is 10 days and 1-3 days for delivery. Its been 19 days today. I sent an email to them on Dec 9th and they said "FILE IS FINALIZED PASSPORT WILL BE SENT SHORTLY". Shortly to me means 1-3 days. Its been past that , I'm going insane. Someone please help, god bless.

Hi there! Im from Saudi as well and in the same boat. ADVO received my passport on nov 26. I sent them several emails after 12th business day, and no response...i have no idea wer my passport is. Neither aramex nor ADVO can help me.
