Urgent 3111 or 3112

I finished my residency in internal medicine any idea if it falls under 3111 or 3112?

Please I wonder if you can help
I am a specialist physician and am applying under 3111 with my three years of training in residency after which I became a specialist but I am confused which job title should I use in my work letter? I read that a resident in training towards a speciality is still included in 3111 NOC
Any idea?

HI,
It would be 3111, as you have completed your residency.. unless you have qualified to be a GP....but remember to clarify that residency is part of work, and not education as CIC is clear that specialist education is since the time you were eligible to practice that..... so I presume, it is completion of residency and passing the Board exam ( for IM)...
