Urgent—Name mismatch on ITA application and passport

Hi all,
I was about to submit ITA application and realised that the name on application does not have middle name in the given name whereas the passport has middle name.
I have written a LOE to explain the mistake, however, I am afraid this may cause issues. Need help.
