URG I was requested to submit my passport but the next day it says my medical

Yesterday I received a mail saying I have to send my passport to contiune with the next step.

Now I received a mail saying my VISA is refused because I failed to complete my medican examination, but I did that a month ago...

Why would they request my passport one day and refuse my application because of a missing medical examination the next one????????? It's killing me! I had everything already planned after I received that pass request... I'm gonna die if this isn't a mistake!...

I received this letter twice today, at 4pm and 5pm

but did u try sending email to the embassy? or contact the VAC they might help

are u sure ur medicals reached them? could u make sure of that?

if u r sure, it shud b a mistake
