MY QUESTION IS THAT IF SOMEONE HAVE GOT INVESTOR PR OF CANADA WITH SPOUSE AND 1 KID ALL HAVE PR OF CANADA
IS IT A GOOD PLANNING TO TRY TO GIVE BIRTH NEXT BABY IN USA IN ORDER TO GET THAT BABY PASSPORT OF USA

Not really a good plan to have next baby's birth in USA.

You can have your baby delivery in Canada itself and get Canadian passport for newborn baby.

But it's your decision and your wish !

It is an excellent idea because 1 kid will be canadian while the other will be american. You want to diversify your portfilio and keep your options open in the event you decide to settle in USA in the future. Why keep all your eggs in one basket?
