URegina - Fee Refund

Hi,

I applied at URegina and I also submitted my 1st semester dues. Now I have secured admission in some other university and I am no more interested to study in URegina.

So how can I ask them to refund my fee?
Also, should I need to tell them that I have acceptance from some other uni or I need to show them the LOA of my new uni?
I applied for my VISA with URegina LOA but now if I will show some other LOA at point of entry, will it make trouble?

Kindly guide me on above points.

Fee differences are HUGE and Regina is much much cheaper as compared to YORK.
But I guess YORK is far better than Regina with respect to Ranking, Repute, Location, etc...
