Hello
I am a US PR card holder and I am married to a canadian citizen.
When we went to Canadian boarder my brother in law mistakenly told the boarder patrol guard that I am living in Canada thus we got into so much trouble and I got interrogated so much by the immigration. After all the Q and A's they gave me a form IM 1442B and I am forced to leave Canada by Feb 28
ATM im so confused if I broke the law or whatsoever nor what situation am I and as of now and what should I do since we are planning to apply for my Canadian PR card. My friend told me that I could be possibly be blacklisted or I have a criminal record and I might need an immigration lawyer to help me process my PR card.
