Uploading Trouble HELP!! Form IMM1295

Hey Everyone,

I am having soooooo much trouble uploading my IMM1295 documents online on the CIC website I have done everything else but whenever I try to upload this one document it comes back saying that there are answers invlaid. I have redone the form at least 15 times I have tried EVERYTHING. Even started my whole application from scratch again. I have redone the answers in the apprarently invalid boxes. Everytime I try to upload it comes up with the same thing. I have seen many forums on this and it seems that I'm not the only one having the problem. Its very frustrating and I dont know what to do I cant talk to anyone in person and my sort of visa HAS to be done online i cant print it out and send it!
If anyone has any advice on what to do or have had this problem and resolved it pleasde let me know I have no idea what to do!

Hey I am having the same problem as the above reader. I have done everything he has done too and still the problem keeps occuring. I would really appreciate some help as i am at my witts end :'(

I was having a similar problem with that form.

What worked for me was to fill out the form in Adobe Reader (you may have to update to a recent version) and enter '00000000' into the UCI box on the first page, even though I don't have a UCI number. It won't accept letters so you can't write 'NA' in there, but that box must be filled in for the form to be accepted. I also entered the current date on page 4 next to where you would sign the form, if you were printing it.

When you've finished filling out the form, click the 'Validate' button and after the form is validated, save that file to your computer and upload that file as your IMM1295 form.

You do NOT need to print, sign and scan it, as you will do a digital signature once all your documents are uploaded and you submit them.

I have submitted my application but I haven't received my LOI yet so I can't guarantee this works, but it's the only way I was able to get my IMM1295 form to upload.
