I'm an Indian national who holds a French residence/work permit. During my upfront medical exam in Paris, I had forgotten to carry my passport and handed over my Residence permit to the doctor as an ID. As a result, my e-medical sheet contains my Residence permit number. Now, in the passport section of my post ITA form, I have entered both my Indian passport as well as my French residence permit number. The end result is that I get a National ID section in the document upload section. Is it correct to upload my scanned Residence permit copy in the National ID field? My only reason to add the French RP is to establish a correlation with the ID number in my e-medical sheet.
