Hi all,

I have a question concerning the passport scan we need to give.

So I understand that we should give the main pages and any page will all the stamps.
In the travel history, we put all the travel that are not our country of origin or Canada. I have my old passport still (that is invalid since I have the new one), should I put the stamped pages for this one too or just the new one?

Thanks!

If you old passport contains stamps which relate to your travel history of the past 10 years: both.

I believe the application only allows the upload of one .pdf file for one row. If this is the case, do .pdfs for two passports need to be combined into one .pdf file?

Also is there an option to preview all the .pdf files you've uploaded - at some point in the application, I read that you must re-check your files by viewing them but I can't find that message or a 'View' option now.

I really don’t think you need to include passport pages from your old passport.

At least i did not even though I received my latest passport in 2014 only.

IMO the latest one should suffice.

But no harm if you want to include pages from older passport. Just merge both into one pdf. Include a blank paper with heading to separate both the passport pages for viewing convenience.

I have to do this because every one of my single travels is in the old passport - my new passport (I got it late last year) is blank.

Got it, thank you!

We only included my wife's previous passport because her US visa is there. Part of my travel history was in my old one, but I haven't had that since 2014 so no way I could provide this one, I explained this in the LoE

Yeah my US visa is in my previous passport too; I've uploaded every single blank passport page to be on the safe side. I'm kind of surprised that the .pdf size held good. :)
