Uploading Optional Documents for Spouse

Hello,
After ITA in the documents checklist, there is no place to upload my spouse's letter of explanation. There is an "optional documents" section under spouse's name but there is no attach button to upload a letter of explanation. Is it a mistake on their web page or should I attach spouse's letter of explanation along with my letter of explanation?
