Uploading educational qualifications and PoF

Hi everyone,

I have a couple of questions if you don't mind.

1. After getting an ITA, do I need to upload the certificates and transcripts for all of my academic qualifications (i.e. high school diploma, bachelor, and master) or only for the highest qualification (i.e. Master's degree and WES report)?

2. I'm providing a bank statement as a PoF, but does the average balance for the last six months be above the threshold, or is it only the current balance that matters?
