here is my problem: We hired a person from the Philippines for our pizza store through SINP.(Saskatchewan immigrant nominee program). We are in the process of submitting the necessary documents for getting the work permit from cic. We have successfully uploaded all the documents except the Schedule 1- Application for a temporary resident visa made outside Canada (IMM5257). The candidate wants to include his wife in his application as well. They each have to fill our their own form. According to instructions we have to fill the forms online , validated them, save them and uploaded them. However, only one file can be uploaded online so the forms have to be merged. We have trouble uploading the file. We have tried multiple times with no success. We even had a friend of ours , who works for the government and he is an IT guy, help us but he had no luck either. He tried different browsers, downloaded new programs and upgades but in the end he said he is at loss too, because it seems that we are doing all the right things. Has anyone had any similar issues? We sent an email to them , but no answer yet and I don't know how long it will take for them to reply. We have a deadline to submit and half the time is gone already. Anybody who can help out there?
