Uploading additional Documents - Size Limit

I had applied for sponsorship of my child few months ago. They just sent me an email requesting additional information.

They asked for 10 things that combine into 211 pages of pdf, size = 17Mb.

I purchase Adobe subscription, used the compression tool to make it 8Mb with the least resolution possible. At this resolution, some pages are blurry but readable when paid attention.

Broke down the pdf into 4 files of 2Mb each because there is a limit of 2Mb per file to upload.

I am getting this error "Upload document – Size of total documents can’t be larger than 3.5 MB. "

Apparently there is a total upload limit of 3.5 Mb.

Any ideas how to upload the 8Mb of data that I have?

For anyone else dealing with the same problem, I uploaded the documents in three separate batches. Each batch under the 3.5 limit.
total 8.5 Mb uploaded.

I included the details in my letter of explanation.

Just a quick tip: there are usually tools online that allow you to resize files for free. I'd hate to pay for Adobe since the company sucks and they charge so much for everything. Pretty scummy tactics. By the way, please don't forget to turn off autosubscription if you don't want to use it anymore!

Good luck with your application :)

I created these beautiful proof of contact and proof of relation documents on Canva and I couldn’t upload them because they were above 3.5mb.
I ended up screenshotting the documents and creating a new document in Word
