Uploading additional document to Mpnp application

Dear Forum Mates,

I got a mail from Mpnp to upload additional documents to my file. I have the documents ready, but when I add, i dont seem to find the submit button to save it to my application. And no confirmation email is received after using just the add button.

How do i ensure the documents are properly submitted, please help.
