Hi guyz I was checking my documents and I found the file I uploaded for upfront medical for my wife that was actually my medical.
Now I do not see any option to change the file or upload it. What can be done now. Should I raise a webform regarding this. Please help

I would suggest you to quickly raise a webform, explaining the issue & attaching your replacement document as part of the same. Please mention the specifics such as UCI number clearly on your webform.

When I submitted my application, I gave LOE for upfront medicals due to COVID. I and my spouse completed the medicals later and submitted the eMedical Sheet through IRCC. Is that Okay? How will they attach it to the medical proof? Because in the description, I mentioned the reason and asked them to link the medicals to the application. But I haven't received any acknowledgment from them.

I do not know about the eMedical sheet but if something you want to send to IRCC after submitting application raising a Web form is the best way that I came across on these forums https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

Yes, I submitted it through webform only. The doubt I have is, how do they link the documents to our application? And will we get any acknowledgment for the same? Or is there any way to check by ourselves that the document is linked to our application?

In webform, you need to provide your wife's UCI number(Get it from your EE application) & the medical report reference#(UMI # in Upfront Medicals). The IRCC agent will be able to tie them back & will provide a confirmation back to your registered email. Generally, once you get a confirmation from them(That they have verified & sent documents to further Immigration officer), you should be good. In general, you should get your medical results cleared in a short duration(2-4 weeks max, if everything is clean)

I combined both the eMedical sheets together as one pdf and added a LOE as the first page mentioning the application number (Exxxxxx) and also the UMI number of both. also i have applied to IRCC before so i have an existing UCI. I have mentioned the UCI while submitting the express entry profile. But that UCI is not linked to the application yet and it starts with CANxxxxxx. so i didnt mention the uci. Also, should i upload my document and my spouse document separately as two webforms? Because I have submitted it together as one. Or do you suggest to upload again?

Hi - Just reference the numbers(You can use the temporary UCI for now), while I would suggest you to add both the documents in the same webform. The IRCC agents would be equipped enough to take it up. Why cause additional effort for the IRCC Agents, who already might have too much to do? :)
---This is just a suggestion - You can use approach whichever you feel would be the best. But do it soon - before your file shows up for R10 check.

When you UCI number. What I submitted where I uploaded wrong medical file for my wife I used UCI number that was showing for me on application details. Will that cause any issue. If yes then I will raise a new web form with my wife's UCI number? Thanks for help
