Uploaded Police Certificate

hI everyone!
I Uploaded my police certificate yesterday via my online account but it says that

Uploaded - Not submitted to IRCC
Uploaded Filename: "name of the uploaded file"

can someone write me what i have to do? I am worried why the file is not submitted to IRCC or what I have to do?
