Upload original ECA report?

All - is it necessary to upload original ECA from WES while submitting PR application? Its been almost a month and i still haven't received it. It turns out getting documents via Standard mail in UAE is impossible unless you provide a P.O. Box number which, i didn't.

Can i upload the PDF version i downloaded off their website? Will that suffice?

You are not required to upload ECA report. CIC has access to WES database and can verify the details directly from them. In case you still want to upload, pdf will do.

It is NOT important at all !! You are not required to submit the ECA.
