Hi,

I have a query regarding uploading of the various documents such as Educational degrees, Proof of Employment, Police certificate, Medical certificates etc after I received the ITA. I have 60 days to upload the docs.
My question is that if the documents which we need to upload should just be scanned copies of the original or they need to be attested by some gazetted authority and then scan and upload?
Also after uploading them, do I need to send their copies(hardcopies) to Canada on postal mail as well?

Please help me understand the process well so that I dont make any mistake during my application.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You need to scan the originals and upload them. Having them certified/attested makes no sense because the scan is still a copy.

They don't typically require hardcopies, but can request them if they question the authenticity of your documents (rarely happens).

What about the translation of certain documents like police certificates ?
Some countries release the PC in foreign languages, do we have to upload the original in addition to the translation ?

I believe its always better to upload it in both the languages in a single PDF. There wont be any chance of missing out on any important thing.
